Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, including consultations or project meetings, the following policies apply:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time: 50% of the service fee will be refunded to cover preparation time and scheduling commitments.
- No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled Zoom meeting or in-person consultation, no refund will be provided. Rescheduling is at our discretion.
2. Website Development Services
When you purchase our “Build a Website” service, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required to start the project. This covers essential expenses, including:
- Time & effort in project planning
- Hosting & domain setup (if applicable)
- Licensing & software purchases
If you decide to cancel after work has begun, you are eligible for a 50% refund of any additional amount paid beyond the deposit. However, if significant progress has been made, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
When booking a service through our website, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with any applicable policies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3. Project Termination by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a project due to policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or lack of communication. In such cases:
- A partial refund may be issued based on work completed.
- If no progress has been made, a full refund (excluding the $250 deposit) will be considered.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
